New Prims , Sweet Moon and Best Friends sets plus 4th of July snow man

Well here they are! First there is " Freedom" my 4th of july snowman , He is so adorable and comes with this verse that I wrote printed on his tag.
Oh Lord Please help me ,
'cause no matter how I try,
I can't ever stay frozen ,
Untill the 4th of July.
There is more to the poem but this is all that would fit on his tag. Freedom is wearing his top hat which is graced around the brim with a sprig of preserved sweet annie, and his flag scarf. Freedom is about 19.5" tall.

These two are Amelia and Abigail , they are best friends . They are both wearing their red dresses with white stars and Amelia is wearing a antiqued lace apron while Abigail is wearing a white cheesecloth belt. They are both holding a sprig of sweet annie and their tags say " Best" (Amelia) and "Friends" (Abigail). Amelia and Abigail are about 10" tall.

This is the sweet moon set. I also wrote the verse on the moons tag. It says :

Oh sweet moon You shine so bright,
You out shine the stars at night.
The moon is about 6.5" tall and has a rusty bell on his tip and osnaburg eyes with button pupils crudely stitched on. Both the stars and moon have sprigs of sweet annie.SOLD

OOAK Mr. Lincoln and Tabby Primitive Abe Lincoln doll.

This is "Mr Lincoln at rest" He has his coat , boots and jacket off and is relaxing with his cat, (the first cat in the whitehouse) Tabby. Mr. Lincoln is holding a ruty nail flag post with a long , grubby flag on it. His flag drapes down across his top hat which sits between his legs and holds his grubby tealite. Mr. Lincoln is about 44" tall and comes with a fact sheet about Abe Lincoln and his love of animals., and some Lincoln quotes. Mr Lincoln will make his debut on Ebay soon so watch for him!! SOLD

I've been Busy..Busy ..Busy... Lots of new prim things!!

Well Folks here are some of the things I have been working on lately....I am going to break my new dolls up into two posts . First there is "FALINA" She is a Mother's Day cat doll . She is wearing an old fashioned print on her skirt and an antiqued lace collar with button. She is holding her sweet newborn kitten, who is swaddled in grungy cheese cloth and fastened with a rusty pin. Falina and her kitten are made from a rough wooly fabric and then stained and cinnamon baked. Falina is about 22.5" tall and can sit when proped or be hung. SOLD
Next there come "Piddlywigs (bear) and Wadsley(eagle)" These two will be auctioned together...because they look so cute together.
Piddlywigs is my West Virginia Black Bear , He doesn't just love W.V. though he loves the whole country! He is wearing his flag for everyone to see , it is roughly stitched around the edges and has a rusty bell on a pin at each end, The stars are white buttons. Piddlywigs' eyes are also buttons and his nose is pinched . His tie is made from a singed oil lamp wick. He is about 12" tall.
Wadsley is a very patriotic eagle. He carries his long, skinny flag whereever he goes. He is pearched atop his stick and comes with a wooden base. Wadsley is one sided , so he only faces to the left. He is about 15" tall.
The last thing I have to post in this section is a set of two ticking stars, one is red and says " Freedom" on a piece of osnaburg stitched to the front. Below the osnaburg there is a rusty bell fastened to the star with a rusty pin. The other star is decorated pretty much the same way except that it is made from blue ticking insted of red and the osnaburg patch says "1776". These stars are about 10.5"-11" tall. SOLD

I will be starting a new set of auctions on April 18 , 2010. Make sure to check out my post for the Ebay auction drawing for Adelina on April, 17, 2010. And my other posts...
