Primitive bunny riding a snail ! and snail with grubby battery tea light

Hi everyone , Here's what I have been working on ! Sir Hopsalot and his galliant steed and Chester .
Sir Hopsalot is on his way to rescue his " hare princess" from the evil clutches of the coyote. He is accompanied by his noble steed ( the snail) and has his carrot sword drawn. Sir Hopsalot and snail are about 23.5" tall and has a tag that reads " ...And so Sir Hopsalot and his galliant steed rode through the night to battle the evil coyote and to rescue his hare princess. " I think he's just adorable and hope you will think so too .

Chester is a smitten snail , he is carrying flowers and his love to the snail of his dreams. I wrote a short verse for his tag and it reads " Though the trail may be tedious and the travel may be slow, I'll bring my love to you my dear, No matter where you go." Chester has a grubby tea lite on his back to help light the way. He is a selfsitter and is weighted. Chester is about 11" H x 12"W.

Thanks for reading!

I promise , There are things coming....

Hi everyone , I just got on here to apologize for not having posted anything new lately, We have had some serious weather lately and our water lines have been frozen, so I have been busy carrying water from the well ( some of us still have those..lol ) to wash clothes and bath the kids and all of that good stuff. I finally got them thawed today, by the grace of God and a long handled spoon, So I should be back to posting in a couple of days, I still have some washing to catch up on ..with all these young'ins it piles up fast. I am working on a nurse doll that will be posted here and on Ebay on the same day, Part of the proceeds will go to earthquake relief in Haiti, I do believe that it will be the first in a series of dolls that I am going to call " The Unseen Angels" so keep watch for her in the coming week. I also wanted to say a quick Thank you to all of you who have left me such wonderful feedback on Ebay...believe me it is greatly appreciated! I need to go get my washing finished so I can get back to my dolls, Night to all and God Bless!

Here are a few more bowl fillers for you folks to check out...Oh yeah and our cat Skidmark..She has apparently taken a liking to my old rocking chair..lol. As you can tell one of the hearts are different than the others . The 3 with the flowers are made from a print material and have a grubby coating and each one has a tag they read " Heart" "Love" &"Kiss Me" I made these for Valentines day but they could be used year round . The tallest is about 7" tall.

The Crosses say "Jesus" in 3 differant languages ( English, Greek , & Hebrew) I would have like to have done one in Aramaic so that I would have had all 3 of the original biblical languages but alas Aramaic is a difficult language to find translations for. The crosses are around 9" Tall.
The Easter eggs say "Easter" in 5 differant languages ( Arabic, Hindi, German, Spanish, and Italian) Each egg is made from 3 different fabrics stitched together and the words are painted on, the whole egg has a grubby coating, they are various sizes but the largest is about 5.5" tall. I am still working on some dolls and hope to post more this week weather promitting .
I will be posting all of the bowl fillers to Ebay on Sunday along with Sisal as long as my internet connection holds out, Thanks for looking!

Extreme Primitive bunny ~ Sisal ~

This is Sisal, my primitive grubby bunny. I just finished him about 20 min. ago and I absolutly love him! He has stick legs and mis-matched button eyes and a gathered tail ( I think thats my favorite part). Sisal is carrying home a carrot for dinner and has a grubby tag that says " Carrots to Gather" Sisal is also wearing a saddle blanket that has 3 layers ( barn red patterned , mustard yellow and dark green) each layer has been embroydered around the edges . His nose is just a single pinch in the center of his face and he has hardened twine whiskers. Sisal is about 14.5 " long X 8.5" tall .
